EU ministers adopt legal framework for European research infrastructures

European research ministers have agreed on a legal framework for the establishment of European research infrastructures. The decision paves the way for the creation of world class infrastructures that should help Europe to take the lead in a wide range of research fields.

Public consultation for the revision of the "Code of conduct for Responsible Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies Research"

On 7th February 2008 the EC adopted a Recommendation on a Code of Conduct for Responsible Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies Research, suggesting a revision after 2 years. The EC is therefore opening a public consultation in order to receive new inputs from all people and organisations involved or interested by Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies research in Europe.
